Welcome to the Lost Girl Blog
I’m Kassandra, currently I work in marketing but secretly I want to be a writer. I am not sure when that happened but at some point I realized I could get just as lost in my own stories as I could in someone else’s. This blog is a mishmash of my life which can include anything from excerpts from my writing (when I am feeling brave) to ridiculous rants (all the time) and even the occasional beauty review (cause I am a proud Sephora VIB Rouge member).
For once in my life I do not have a plan and will let this blog evolve into whatever it is meant to be.
For inquiries email: LostGirlBlogs@gmail.com
Do not keep that secret wish anymore, become a writer and I will buy your book 🙂

Why not do a project about it like me?

Yes I need to give myself a deadline and put more effort into it. Working full time tends to book my writing projects on hold. I will make a goal list for myself to get started. Your page definitely is going to help me get organized. Thanks!

I am not brave about sharing what I write. And the first thing people do when you tell them you want to be a writer is ask to see your work. I suppose it’s time to be brave.

Ah, a closeted-yet-not-so-closeted writer. Nice to meet you! I love how you openly declare you’re evolving, regardless if you have a specific plan as far as writing is concerned. ❤ "I realized I could get just as lost in my own stories as I could in someone else’s." LOVE THAT!

Thank you! For me my blog has always been about growth. I want to be braver in life and in my writing. And I have never considered myself a writer but I seem to have stumbled into it. First by being an avid reader and then by writing my own stories when I couldn’t find something to read.

Stumbling into a passion is just as awe-inspiring as diving into it. While avidly reading (and not always finding what I’m looking for), I want to add to the field, too. Looking forward to reading more of your posts.

I love your about page. I work in the web world, but secretly want to be a writer. I write about similar stuff, but instead of beauty tips I write about knitting….so that’s different. I’m looking forward to seeing some of your fiction!
